Visit to a producer of Prosciutto di Parma DOP
This guided tour can be taken in the morning or the afternoon; you will see the transformation of the fresh pig haunch into Parma ham. We move from the lower temperature cellars ending up in the final aging cellars where about ten thousand hams await inspection and branding. It is possible to book (by appointment) a tasting of the product.
