We give you the chance of becoming a chef! Maybe not a professional, but a good one!

Under the supervision of an experienced "rezdora" (local skilled lady), you'll be able to make traditional dishes prepared following ancient recipes: tortelli d'erbetta (ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese and herbs), local desserts and a lot of other tasty dishes.

A couple of hours are enough to prepare a good meal that you can eat for lunch!
