We continue on to the 19th century Synagogue, a rare testimony of the Jewish presence in this region.  Next we visit the Hebrew Museum where ancient religious artefacts and objects of daily life give us a glimpse of the art and the culture of the people.

This itinerary also offers the chance to see an ancient dairy today transformed into the Museo del Parmigiano Reggiano, Museum of Parmesan cheese, to discover the secrets and see the ancient utensils used during the production of the most famous cheese in the world. Finally, for the real "gourmet" it is possible to help in the making of a Parmesan cheese, at a nearby cheese maker.
